Local Resources

ICAN of Louisville’s educational meetings are open to the public, and we encourage all women in their childbearing years to attend. Of course, we welcome birth professionals and those who support our mission to join us, too!

Our meetings are held at Louisville Family Chiropractic, 8117 New LaGrange Road, 40222. ICAN of Louisville’s lending library is available for ICAN paid subscribers.

Our support meetings are held bi-monthly and are open to all women who are seeking a safe and supportive environment to process a traumatic or disappointing birth experience.

By joining your local ICAN chapter, not only will you have access to the resources and support of the ICAN organization, but you will also have a subscription to ICAN’s quarterly newsletter, the Clarion. A local chapter is of valuable assistance to women seeking information about hospitals and caregivers in her area and creates an opportunity for women of like minds to meet in a safe place to share their experiences and make changes in their community.
